All our dogs are fully vaccinated, blood tested (including brucellosis), microchipped, wormed & flead and neutered if over a year old. They arrive with a health certificate & EU passport.
Adopters are expected to offer lifelong homes, training and have a secure garden. Adoption fees apply.

Bungle
A puppy found on road by our friend in Romania. Lately she has found 12 puppies and is keeping them all fed and safe. They are bundles of mischief. Bungle is friendly and sweet despite his beginning of abandonment. They mustn’t grow up in a shelter and really need loving homes. He is 3 months old at the moment and will be probably medium in size when grown. He gets along well with the other pups and is very playful.
Leni
A little girl who was being kept in a bad place. She was outside in a yard. The people were persuaded to give her up. She is in a safe foster now and is getting on very well. She is friendly to everyone and very sweet. She has a short tail. She is only 3 months old at the moment so not able to travel yet. She will most likely remain small.
Ella
A little girl found abandoned in a field with her siblings in the dark. Ioana had to gather them up in the dark and get them safe in the car. Everyone is fine now in foster. Ella is a little sweetheart. She is just 4 months at the moment and will probably remain small to medium in size.
Leo
A little puppy that found his way to the public shelter and dug his way under the fence. He was too small to stay there so Mirela took him home. He is full of character and mischievous. He gets along well with all of the other dogs and puppies and is fairly confident. He is almost 4 months old and we think he will be medium in size. He is tiny now, but will grow.
Liam
A little boy that we took from Radauti public shelter because he was so small, he would definitely perish from the cold or from the other pups. He is super sweet. Now he is full of mischief and like a proper puppy. Mirela says he has eyes like glass, the most beautiful blue/grey. He is 3 months old at the moment so too young to travel. We need to give him one more vaccine. He will probably be medium size when fully grown.
Elsie
A little girl who was captured by dog catchers and taken to Radauti public shelter. She had a friend with her, but he was adopted locally. She was far too little to survive in there so Mirela took her home. She is a sweet and gentle girl. She likes to play with puppies Liam and Leo and sleep with them too. She is small and will probably stay small when grown. She is friendly, but wouldn’t want a noisy home. She is almost 4 months old.
Moxie
A little girl who was found abandoned on the street by some children. They went to Andreea’s house on Christmas eve with her in their arms whilst Carol singing. They asked Andreea to help her. Moxie was only 2 months old. She is now 3.5 months old and is friendly, affectionate and playful. A typical puppy. She has been around dogs and cats too. She will probably be medium size when fully grown.
Franky
A little boy who was born in a yard. Him and his family were handed over to Andreea where she has been caring for them all since. He is a sweet little soul. Cuddly, affectionate, playful and friendly. He is great with the other pups and he has been socialised with the cats there too. He is around 4 months old and probably will be a small medium when grown.
Fiona
A little girl who was born in a yard. Her and her family were handed over to Andreea where she has been caring for them all since. She is a sweet little soul. Cuddly, affectionate, playful and friendly. She is great with the other pups and he has been socialised with the cats there too. She is around 4 months old and probably will be a small medium when grown.
Timmy
A sad story of where Timmy’s sister sat by their dead mother. Flora was rescued and some time later Timmy appeared in the same spot. It’s in the middle of nowhere so he was lucky to have been seen. He is 4 months old and really friendly. He had a little practice on a lead and was very excited. A sweet little boy. We think he will be a small medium when mature.
Jazz
A little boy who was found alone on the street. Andreea took him home where she has been caring for him since. He is a sweet little soul. Cuddly, affectionate, playful and friendly. He is great with the other pups and he has been socialised with the cats there too. He is around 4-5 months old and probably will be a small medium when grown.
Pongo
A very sweet boy who has been found abandoned on the street in the cold. He’s now with a safe foster. Here he is friendly to everyone. He is just 6 months old. He will get a little bigger than he is now at maturity. We guess medium in size. He is living amongst cats and dogs with no issues.
Mable
A really lovely girl who found herself captured and inside Raduati public shelter. She is very sweet and friendly to the workers. Soon she will move to a foster home in Romania. She is friendly, but also has an edge of shyness too. She is a little worried when she walks past the pens with big, noisy dogs in. She needs a loving home where she can gain some more confidence. She is about 5 months old and will probably be medium size at maturity.
Keira
A little girl found on the side of the road in Tecuci with her siblings at around 2 months old. She has been with Andreea since being rescued. She is very friendly and sweet. Your typical playful puppy. She is now 5.5 months old. We think at maturity she will be medium in size. She has grown up with cats and dogs and is friendly to everyone. She has been around children too.
Toy
A little boy who was left outside the dog house in the street. Camelia thinks someone stopped the car and left him there. He was running around in the snow and really hard to catch. He has calmed down now and settled in really well with the other dogs. He is just a pup at 6 months old. He will probably remain fairly small. He’s an absolute delight. A lovely, friendly nature.
Simba
Simba was a tiny pup that we took out in July when we were at the public shelter. He is with Camelia now and around 8 months old. He has grown so much since the little thing we held in the palm of our hand. He likes to play with the other pups. He is a happy little soul. He gets along well with everyone. He’s friendly and sweet.
Puck
A little boy that Camelia found with his sibling on the steps to her apartment. She opened the door and they were both playing and wanted to come in. For sure someone left them there for her to find. Both are safe at the dog house now and have settled in beautifully. Puck is 9 months old, he is super sweet and playful. Loves his food. He gets along well with everyone there. He has lots of character. He will be medium in size when mature.
Sabrina
A little girl that we rescued from Raduati public shelter. She was loose in the shelter and there was no safe pen to put her in so the rescuers took her with them. She is safe at the cat rescue. She is just so adorable. She is shy so she needs an understanding person until she gets used to you. She loves a lot of fuss once she knows you are ok. She had a traumatic experience for such a young life. She is about 7-8 months now. There are no problems with other dogs or cats.
Oscar
A little boy that Camelia has found a while ago near the forest. She fed the mother too until one day she had disappeared. She has not been seen since. Oscar is in a safe shelter now. He gets along well with everyone, people, other dogs and puppies. He is a playful pup and we think he will be medium size when he’s grown. He is 9 months old.
Aris
A sweet puppy who was left outside the shelter of our transporter. Of course she took him in. He is 11 months old now. He is sweet, friendly, playful and sometimes excitable. He probably will be medium in size. He is great with other dogs. The person needs to attend puppy classes and give him a little education.
Layla
A little girl found on the street by our friends when she was a puppy. She was homed as a puppy to a lovely lady in Romania. This should have been her lifelong home and the lady has spoilt her and loved her very much. Sadly the chickens roam free on the land and Layla has killed some. Layla lives with other dogs with no problems. She is sweet and friendly. She has had practice on the lead. She is a year old. She is a small medium size at 40 cms high, 60 cms long.
Minna
A small girl who was found wandering the streets alone and obviously abandoned. People were kind and feeding her and then she was taken to a safe foster. She settled in really well with the other dogs and no problems with cats. She’s not child tested. She has a very gentle and sweet nature. She loves to be fussed and pampered. She is small at 33cms and weighs 13kgs. She is 1.5 years old.
Abel
A small boy who was captured by dog catchers. Some rescuers were arguing with the dog catchers about trying to take a lady’s pet dog. When the van door opened, Abel was inside so they rescued him too. He has settled well with the other dogs and is a sweet and kind little boy. A gentle soul. He likes his fuss and attention.
He is a year old, 30cms high and weighs around 10kgs.
Lily & Mimi
Camelia saw the two sisters abandoned at a vegetable market and saw an old lady was feeding them. The lady felt that she’s older and can’t manage for much longer so Camelia asked to take them home and promised to always give food to them. The two sisters are a bonded pair. It’s not possible to separate them. They are stressed if they are parted even for a vet trip. The girls have always relied on each other. They are both friendly and affectionate. They like people, dogs and cats. Lily is 7kgs and Mimi is 5kgs. They are 2 years old.
Nellie
A sweet girl who is at the cat rescue and was part of an abandoned litter of pups on the streets of Raduati. Nellie is friendly, but shy. She is looking for an experienced person who knows how to give a dog space, time and patience. She seeks her confidence from her foster parents there. She will need some understanding when she arrives to a new place. She needs someone who will give her plenty of time to build up her confidence. She is incredibly gentle and adorable. She loves a fuss once she knows you. She is looking for a quiet home, but would benefit from gently socialising in new situations. She is a year old and has been at the cat rescue for all of her life. The rewards of working with a dog like Nellie would be enormous as she is a loyal soul.
Rupert
One of our kill station rescues who is now in a safe foster. He is really lovely. He is very sweet and playful since he first arrived. He was really pleased to see everyone there. He has settled in and loves everyone. He is used to teenage children and is friendly and playful with the other dogs there. He has had a little practice on the lead. He is around a year and a half old.
Connie
A little girl abandoned on the streets and was hanging around a petrol station on a busy road. She was picked up from there and taken to safety. She is a little sweetie. She is small at 30cms high and about 7kg in weight. She is friendly and affectionate. She has fitted in very well and is great around both cats and dogs. She is 2.5 years old approximately.
Faya
A very sweet girl who was captured by dog catchers and taken to Balteni kill station. From here Andreea got her out. She has recovered from her ordeal very well. She is a very sweet and gentle girl, friendly to everyone. She probably doesn’t want a busy home. She is great with other dogs, but not cat or child tested. She is about 2 years old and a small medium at 35cms. At this moment she weighs around 7kgs.
Oliver
A little boy who was seen wandering the streets with wire embedded into his neck. Someone had tied it around his neck when he was small and he grew. He took two days to catch. He has had an operation to remove the wire and is healing nicely. He is a sweet and gentle soul. He gets along very well with everyone. Fine with cats and dogs. He a very loving boy. He is small at 30cms. He weighs 7kgs. He is approximately 2 years old.
Molly
A little girl who was found on the street in Radauti where she was lost and worried. She was so sweet and gentle so she has been taken to the cat rescue for safety. They really love her there because she has such a beautiful nature. She adores people and cats. With dogs, she can be afraid of some. She doesn’t like the energetic ones and prefers to be by herself. We think she could live in a dog free home or with another quiet dog. She is about 2 years old and small. She’s looking for a quiet home.
Georgia
A small girl from a public shelter where she would surely have been killed. We’ve had her for a little while at the farm. Cosmin really likes her. He says she is really sweet. She is friendly and gets along well with the other small dogs that she shares her space with. She is 2-3 years old. She’s quite playful once she is used to you. A gentle soul. She will be worried and shy to begin with and a person needs to give her time to adjust to the changes.
Dodo
A small boy found in a field on the edge of a Romanian town in a terrible state. He had evidence of a chain being tied around his neck. The vet contacted the owners and they gave him up officially. He had to go to the vet for a good haircut. He is fine with both dogs and cats. He is very sweet and friendly to everyone and likes human contact. He enjoys a fuss. He is about 4 years old, 30cms high and 6.5kgs in weight.
Gaia
A sweet girl from the Balteni shelter. She was living on the streets of Tecuci and unfortunately was captured. Andreea got her out and so she is now back in her home town with her in safe foster. She is so lovely and good. She gets along well with the cats and dogs there. Not child tested. She is very affectionate and loves to be fussed. She enjoys attention. She is medium in size, about 45 cms high. She is 3 years old and weighs about 16kgs.
Wayne
A gorgeous little boy who’s owner sadly died in Romania. He is safe in foster now and being very well cared for. He lives with other dogs there with no problems. He is extremely affectionate and loving. A gentle little soul. He used to live with 19 cats and he absolutely loves cats. He isn’t big, a small medium. He has had a little practice on the lead. He is 5-6 years old. Nothing too chaotic for him as he’s used to a quieter lifestyle.
Emily
A little girl from the Balteni shelter who is now safe with Cosmin on the farm. She is a very sweet girl who likes to play with the other dogs in her pen. She gets along very well with everyone there. She can be shy to start. She has the most beautiful yellow eyes. She is small and about 4 years old. She will need a little practice using a lead but is a clever girl and will soon get the hang of things.
Abbey
A sweet and gentle girl who we rescued from a killing station. She’s very lovely and a perfect girl. She is very friendly and loving to people once she knows them. She gets on well with other dogs. She is about 7 years old. She has had a little practice on the lead. She would be happy living with older children. She probably wouldn’t want anything too noisy, but would love lots of attention.
Piru
A sweet boy found alone and lost on the street and is now safe in foster care in Romania. He is most likely an abandoned pet. He isn’t very big, a small medium. He is 6-7 years old. He is good with the other dogs and fine with cats. We don’t have enough information to comment about children. He is a very good boy, very lovely and he deserves a quiet home. He would like a human of his own. He’s quite happy in a house.
Tayo
A little boy that we rescued from Balteni shelter and Cosmin says he’s a great little dog. When the pictures on the grass were taken, they couldn’t get him to look at the camera. He did very well on a lead, but needs some practice. He is very friendly and loves the helpers there. He lives with other small dogs very happily. He has a sweet personality and enjoyed being out and exploring. He needs a secure garden as probably would wander off if you weren’t watching him. Tayo is around 7 years old.
Martha
Such a sweet and kind girl. She was being fed by people on the street for a while. Someone asked our friends to take her as she didn’t belong to anyone. She is great with dogs, cats and people. She seems to take everything in her stride and is a gentle soul. She is 8 years old and probably had a lot of hardship in her life. She is a dog with a deep soul. She is small at 30 cms high and weighs about 8kgs. She is not looking for a busy household and she would like some fuss and attention.
