All our dogs are fully vaccinated, blood tested (including brucellosis), microchipped, wormed & flead and neutered if over a year old. They arrive with a health certificate & EU passport.

Adopters are expected to offer lifelong homes, training and have a secure garden. Adoption fees apply.

Etta

A dear little girl unfortunately caught by dog catchers and taken to Raduati public shelter. She is very sweet and friendly with a little shyness too. The puppies can feel overwhelmed in a big shelter and she will soon be going to the Dog House with Camelia where it’s warm and quieter. She is friendly to the helpers there. We think she will be a small medium when grown. She is about 4.5 months old at the moment. We’re told she is very cuddly.

Eva

Libby

A little girl who was found with her sister and is now in a safe shelter with a rescuer. Our old friends from the Roman area have asked us to help her. She is very sweet and friendly. She likes everyone; people, other puppies and cats. She is small in size and at the moment 4.5 months old.

Missy

A little girl found at the market so Camelia went to collect her. Sadly when she got there, her friend had disappeared and never seen again. Missy was taken to safety at the dog house where she has settled in really well with everyone. She is really friendly and playful. She’s a happy little soul. She gets along well with all of the other pups there. She is approximately 5 months old and likes attention. She should be small to small medium when grown.

Daphne

A little girl that Andreea found on the road abandoned. The friend another rescue is helping and sadly a third dog was already killed by cars. Daphne is very sweet and friendly. A gentle little girl. She gets along well with everyone at the shelter. She is great with dogs, cats and people. We don’t have any information about children. She is small at 35cms high and about 6 months old.

Simba

Simba was a tiny pup that we took out in July when we were at the public shelter. He is with Camelia now and around 5 months old. He has grown so much since the little thing we held in the palm of our hand. He likes to play with the other pups. He is a happy little soul. He gets along well with everyone. He’s friendly and sweet.

Mable

A really lovely girl who found herself captured and inside Raduati public shelter. She is very sweet and friendly to the workers. Soon she will move to a foster home in Romania. She is friendly, but also has an edge of shyness too. She is a little worried when she walks past the pens with big, noisy dogs in. She needs a loving home where she can gain some more confidence.
She is about 5 months old and will probably be medium size at maturity.

Puck

A little boy that Camelia found with his sibling on the steps to her apartment. She opened the door and they were both playing and wanted to come in. For sure someone left them there for her to find. Both are safe at the dog house now and have settled in beautifully. Puck is 6 months old, he is super sweet and playful. Loves his food. He gets along well with everyone there. He has lots of character. He will be maximum medium in size when mature.

Sabrina

A little girl that we rescued from Raduati public shelter. She was loose in the shelter and there was no safe pen to put her in so the rescuers took her with them. She is safe at the cat rescue. She is just so adorable. She is shy so she needs an understanding person until she gets used to you. She loves a lot of fuss once she knows you are ok. She had a traumatic experience for such a young life. She is about 5-6 months now. There are no problems with other dogs or cats.

Oscar

A little boy who was abandoned in a yard. Ioana was called to get him along with 8 other siblings. She drove 160 km. Everyone is now with safe fosters. They are all adorable and doing very well. Oscar is a little shy, but when you pick him up and cuddle him, he is fine. He’s had a bad start in life, but is a little bit special. He is friendly and sweet too. He needs a committed person to help him. He is 7.5 months old and weighs around 6-7kg. He is also cat tested.

Oscar

A little boy that Camelia has found a while ago near the forest. She fed the mother too until one day she had disappeared. She has not been seen since. Oscar is in a safe shelter now. He gets along well with everyone, people, other dogs and puppies. He is a playful pup and we think he will be medium size when he’s grown. He is 6-7 months old.

Aris

A sweet puppy who was left outside the shelter of our transporter. Of course she took him in. He is 7.5 months old now. He is sweet, friendly, playful and sometimes excitable.
He probably will be medium in size. He is great with other dogs. The person needs to attend puppy classes and give him a little education.

Eric

One of the little Aiud rescue pups we took at Christmas to stop them from perishing over the holidays. He is completely adorable. He is great with staff, all of the other dogs and puppies and is always out in the playground playing. He would come and sit near staff with the other dogs. He is around 9.5 months old now.

Ariel

Alana

Layla

A little girl found on the street by our friends when she was a puppy. She was homed as a puppy to a lovely lady in Romania. This should have been her lifelong home and the lady has spoilt her and loved her very much. Sadly the chickens roam free on the land and Layla has killed some. Layla lives with other dogs with no problems. She is sweet and friendly. She has had practice on the lead. She is a year old. She is a small medium size at 40 cms high, 60 cms long.

Attina

Rupert

One of our kill station rescues who is now in a safe foster. He is really lovely. He is very sweet and playful since he first arrived. He was really pleased to see everyone there. He has settled in and loves everyone. He is used to teenage children and is friendly and playful with the other dogs there. He has had a little practice on the lead.
He is around a year and a half old.

Erin

We took Erin out of Raduati public shelter in July. She was with Vet Gabi for a little while and then went to Camelia’s dog house. She is an amazing little dog. She has 3 puppies but is now spayed as they eat independently. She is super friendly and loving. She didn’t want to be in her pen at the vets, but wanted to be with the rescuers. She loves people and is great with other dogs. She is still very playful and is approximately 2 years old. She loves her food and loves her bed. We fell in love with her. She’s a gorgeous little soul. She’s very kind and sweet.

Lily & Mimi

Camelia saw the two sisters abandoned at a vegetable market and saw an old lady was feeding them. The lady felt that she’s older and can’t manage for much longer so Camelia asked to take them home and promised to always give food to them. The two sisters are a bonded pair. It’s not possible to separate them. They are stressed if they are parted even for a vet trip. The girls have always relied on each other. They are both friendly and affectionate. They like people, dogs and cats. Lily is 7kgs and Mimi is 5kgs. They are 2 years old.

Mona

A little girl found by our friend in Romania. Mona was living in a cemetery and then out on the streets looking for food. She is with a safe foster now. She has settled in well with everyone there. She’s friendly with the other dogs and with people. She is a gentle girl, quite calm and likes watching the world go by. She is 2.5-3 years old and weighs around 16kg.

Spike

An adorable boy from the Balteni shelter and is now safe with Andreea. He was originally abandoned on the streets and unfortunately captured by dog catchers. He is doing so well in safe foster. He is friendly to the other dogs. He is gentle, sweet, likes to be petted and receive attention. He isn’t child or cat tested. He is a small medium and weighs about 14kgs. He is 35-38cms high and is around 2 years old.

Gaia

A sweet girl from the Balteni shelter. She was living on the streets of Tecuci and unfortunately was captured. Andreea got her out and so she is now back in her home town with her in safe foster. She is so lovely and good. She gets along well with the cats and dogs there. Not child tested. She is very affectionate and loves to be fussed. She enjoys attention. She is medium in size, about 45 cms high. She is 3 years old and weighs about 16kgs.

Georgia

A small girl from a public shelter where she would surely have been killed. We’ve had her for a little while at the farm. Cosmin really likes her. He says she is really sweet. She is friendly and gets along well with the other small dogs that she shares her space with. She is 2-3 years old. She’s quite playful once she is used to you. A gentle soul. She will be worried and shy to begin with and a person needs to give her time to adjust to the changes.

Talia

This girl is absolutely adorable and one of our favourites in the shelter. She likes to watch the world go by rather than participate in it. She has a group of friends that she hangs out with. She is friendly to all dogs. She loves people and will come up to you for hugs and a fuss. She goes up to the helpers and nudges them so they pat her on the head. If you sit down, she will come and sit with you. She likes a conversation. If you chat to her she listens intensely. She is 3 years old.

Logan

A lovely boy rescued from Raduati public shelter and is now in safe foster. He was the weakest dog in the shelter due to lack of food. He is now putting on weight and up to 13kg. He is in full health and recently neutered. He is friendly with everyone there and lives happily with the other dogs. He is such a sweet boy with a great personality. He is fairly quiet, humble and submissive. He didn’t like any trouble in the public shelter which is why he didn’t get very much food there. He is 3-4 years old and medium in size.

Emily

A little girl from the Balteni shelter who is now safe with Cosmin on the farm. She is a very sweet girl who likes to play with the other dogs in her pen. She gets along very well with everyone there. She can be shy to start. She has the most beautiful yellow eyes. She is small and about 4 years old. She will need a little practice using a lead but is a clever girl and will soon get the hang of things.

Toby

A really lovely boy who Ioana has found on the street. He was wet, muddy, cold, alone and hungry. She has him in safe foster now and he is feeling so much better. We’re told he’s such a good boy. He is friendly to people and fine around other dogs. He is also living with cats as you can see in the pictures. He is small and around 8kgs. He is about 3.5 years old.

Wayne

A gorgeous little boy who’s owner sadly died in Romania. He is safe in foster now and being very well cared for. He lives with other dogs there with no problems. He is extremely affectionate and loving. A gentle little soul. He used to live with 19 cats and he absolutely loves cats. He isn’t big, a small medium. He has had a little practice on the lead. He is 5-6 years old. Nothing too chaotic for him as he’s used to a quieter lifestyle.

William

A sweet little boy from Raduati public shelter. He was in with the big dogs, looking a bit lost. Mirela looked after him and made sure he ate. He was very wet and cold one day, so he went to vet Gabi for a bath and a haircut. He is with Camelia now at the dog house. He is now very warm and comfortable. He gets along well with everyone there. He is very friendly and small, weighs around 10kgs. He is about 4-5 years old.

Abbey

A sweet and gentle girl who we rescued from a killing station. She’s very lovely and a perfect girl. She is very friendly and loving to people once she knows them. She gets on well with other dogs. She is about 7 years old. She has had a little practice on the lead. She would be happy living with older children. She probably wouldn’t want anything too noisy, but would love lots of attention.

Tayo

A little boy that we rescued from Balteni shelter and Cosmin says he’s a great little dog. When the pictures on the grass were taken, they couldn’t get him to look at the camera. He did very well on a lead, but needs some practice. He is very friendly and loves the helpers there. He lives with other small dogs very happily. He has a sweet personality and enjoyed being out and exploring. He needs a secure garden as probably would wander off if you weren’t watching him. Tayo is around 7 years old.
