All our dogs are fully vaccinated, blood tested (including brucellosis), microchipped, wormed & flead and neutered if over a year old. They arrive with a health certificate & EU passport.
Adopters are expected to offer lifelong homes, training and have a secure garden. Adoption fees apply.

Maggie
One of the three girls who Ioana rescued from the edge of the river. They had been abandoned there. Thankfully they weren’t thrown in, but they were left to freeze, starve and die. Maggie is very sweet and friendly. She is your typical playful puppy. She is in safe foster now and getting on well with everyone there. She is only three months old, so not legal to travel yet. She is likely to be small to medium at maturity.
Toffee
A little puppy found abandoned with his mum Lola who we are also promoting. He is a dear soul, now safe in foster. He is friendly, playful and gentle. He gets along well with people and the other dogs. He is about 4 months old and will probably be small to medium in size. His mum is small. He is currently living in a home environment.
Moxie
A little girl who was found abandoned on the street by some children. They went to Andreea’s house on Christmas eve with her in their arms whilst Carol singing. They asked Andreea to help her. Moxie was only 2 months old. She is now 4.5 months old and is friendly, affectionate and playful. A typical puppy. She has been around dogs and cats too. She will probably be medium size when fully grown.
Violet
A little girl rescued from Radauti public shelter. She was captured and incarcerated there when she was very tiny with her sisters. We vaccinated them and prayed they would survive. We moved them out to safe foster. Here they have enjoyed better conditions, good food and caring people around them. Violet is still very shy. She needs an understanding home who will help her gain some confidence. She is very sweet and kind. She is used to teenage children and is great with other puppies. In the right environment she will bloom. She is small in size and almost 4 months old.
Liam
A little boy that we took from Radauti public shelter because he was so small, he would definitely perish from the cold or from the other pups. He is super sweet. Now he is full of mischief and like a proper puppy. Mirela says he has eyes like glass, the most beautiful blue/grey. He is 4 months old at the moment. He will probably be medium size when fully grown.
Leo
A little puppy that found his way to the public shelter and dug his way under the fence. He was too small to stay there so Mirela took him home. He is full of character and mischievous. He gets along well with all of the other dogs and puppies and is fairly confident. He is almost 5 months old and we think he will be medium in size. He is tiny now, but will grow.
Franky
A little boy who was born in a yard. Him and his family were handed over to Andreea where she has been caring for them all since. He is a sweet little soul. Cuddly, affectionate, playful and friendly. He is great with the other pups and he has been socialised with the cats there too. He is around 5.5 months old and probably will be a small medium when grown.
Fiona
A little girl who was born in a yard. Her and her family were handed over to Andreea where she has been caring for them all since. She is a sweet little soul. Cuddly, affectionate, playful and friendly. She is great with the other pups and he has been socialised with the cats there too. She is around 5.5 months old and probably will be a small medium when grown.
Keira
A little girl found on the side of the road in Tecuci with her siblings at around 2 months old. She has been with Andreea since being rescued. She is very friendly and sweet. Your typical playful puppy. She is now 7.5 months old. We think at maturity she will be medium in size. She has grown up with cats and dogs and is friendly to everyone. She has been around children too.
Timmy
A sad story of where Timmy’s sister sat by their dead mother. Flora was rescued and some time later Timmy appeared in the same spot. It’s in the middle of nowhere so he was lucky to have been seen. He is 5 months old and really friendly. He had a little practice on a lead and was very excited. A sweet little boy. We think he will be a small medium when mature.
Pongo
A very sweet boy who has been found abandoned on the street in the cold. He’s now with a safe foster. Here he is friendly to everyone. He is just 7.5 months old. He will get a little bigger than he is now at maturity. We guess medium in size. He is living amongst cats and dogs with no issues.
Bouncer
A small boy abandoned at a petrol station in Romania and he was rescued from there with his sister. He had been surviving from the scraps of food he was thrown. He is now safe and happy. He has settled in well with the other dogs. He is sweet, gentle and friendly. He is around cats too. He is 30cms high, weighs 5kgs and is 7 months old.
Layla
A little girl who was hanging around outside a supermarket for some time. A lady was feeding her and she was most happy about the fact that somebody has noticed her. She liked the attention better than the food. She was taken to a safe foster where she has fitted in very well with everyone. She’s getting along well with the people and the other puppies. She’s had practice on the lead and cat tested. She is very sweet and playful and loves a fuss. She is about 7 months old. She will be medium in size .
Puck
A little boy that Camelia found with his sibling on the steps to her apartment as pups. She opened the door and they were both playing and wanted to come in. For sure someone left them there for her to find. Both are safe at the dog house now and have settled in beautifully. Puck is around a year old, he is super sweet and playful. Loves his food. He gets along well with everyone there. He has lots of character. He will be medium in size when mature.
Aris
A sweet puppy who was left outside the shelter of our transporter. Of course she took him in. He is a year old now. He is sweet, friendly, playful and sometimes excitable. He probably will be medium in size. He is great with other dogs. The person needs to attend puppy classes and give him a little education.
Layla
A little girl found on the street by our friends when she was a puppy. She was homed as a puppy to a lovely lady in Romania. This should have been her lifelong home and the lady has spoilt her and loved her very much. Sadly the chickens roam free on the land and Layla has killed some. Layla lives with other dogs with no problems. She is sweet and friendly. She has had practice on the lead. She is a year old. She is a small medium size at 40 cms high, 60 cms long.
Casper
A small boy who was abandoned and living outside an apartment block. He survived because kind people fed him. Andreea has taken him to safety. He is with other dogs and has settled very well. He is sweet and friendly to everyone. He enjoys a fuss and has had practice on a lead. He is comfortable around cats. He is a year old approximately. He is a gentle boy. He is about 6kgs in weight and around 30 cms high.
Timmy
A small boy who was abandoned on the street and had been living on scraps fed to him outside a local supermarket. He was so sad there that Andreea took him in. He is a friendly boy who settled in well with everyone quickly. He is used to living with both cats and dogs. He likes the attention from people and is a sweet little soul. He is about a year old, weighs 6kgs approx and is around 30cms high.
Simon
Another abandoned soul rescued from the fields, starvation and the elements. He is a friendly boy now in safe shelter. He gets along well with the dog he shares his pen with and other dogs at the safe rescue. He is medium in size and weighs around 12kgs at the moment. He has been on a lead and walks very well on one. He is 1.5 years old.
Velvet
A sweet girl who was abandoned on a field in Tecuci, Romania. She is now saved and in safe foster. Here she is friendly and loves attention and fuss from people. She is affectionate and gentle. She gets along well with other dogs. She is living with cats with no issues. She is 33cms tall approximately, small in size. She weighs around 10kg and she is about a year old.
Billy
Billy is living on the streets at the moment as no room at Andreea’s shelter. Hopefully there will be a place soon. His owners went abroad and left him to fend for himself on the street. A neighbour has made a shelter out of some boxes. Billy will come for a fuss as he loves people and is very friendly. He is good with other dogs. He is small at approximately 30cms and weighs around 10kgs. He is 1.5 years old.
Piky
Our friend in Romania was asked for help by a lady who wants to rehome some of her pets. Piky is a sweet boy used to being around lots of other dogs in a home environment. He is friendly and playful. He is used to people being around for company and a fuss and has lived as a family pet. He lives with cats too. He is 1.8 years old.
Oliver
A little boy who was seen wandering the streets with wire embedded into his neck. Someone had tied it around his neck when he was small and he grew. He took two days to catch. He has had an operation to remove the wire and is healing nicely. He is a sweet and gentle soul. He gets along very well with everyone. Fine with cats and dogs. He a very loving boy. He is small at 30cms. He weighs 7kgs. He is approximately 2 years old.
Jacob
A very sweet little boy. He was found wandering the streets of Tecuci alone so he was taken to safe foster. He is the most perfect dog. Very affectionate and loving. A happy little boy. He is friendly to everyone and the cats and dogs that he shares his space with. He has a birth defect in one paw. It’s fairly common in Romanian dogs and we call it a “queen Ann” leg. You can see in picture how his paw turns outwards. It doesn’t bother him at all. It’s usually due to malnutrition in the mother. He is 2 years old, small at 30cms and about 10kg in weight.
Lola
A small girl who is the mum of Toffee. They were found by our dear friend Ioana who has them both safe in foster. Lola is a lovely girl, gentle and sweet. She might be a little shy to begin, but she loves the company of people when she gets to know you. She is possibly an abandoned pet as she walks very nicely on the lead. She lives with dogs, cats and chickens. Lola is 2 years old approximately.
Carla
Found in a field abandoned. She was rescued and now in a safe foster home. She is friendly and sweet with everyone. She get along well with other dogs. She has had some practice on a lead and was very good. It’s likely she is an abandoned pet as many are. She is medium in size and approximately 2 years old.
Gaia
A sweet girl from the Balteni shelter. She was living on the streets of Tecuci and unfortunately was captured. Andreea got her out and so she is now back in her home town with her in safe foster. She is so lovely and good. She gets along well with the cats and dogs there. Not child tested. She is very affectionate and loves to be fussed. She enjoys attention. She is medium in size, about 45 cms high. She is 3 years old and weighs about 16kgs.
Karina
A gorgeous girl who was originally found abandoned in a field where people regularly abandoned their dogs. She was taken by a lady who then became bored and abandoned her in a park. Andreea took her home for safety. She is very friendly and affectionate. She loves people, is great with other dogs and is fine around cats. She absolutely adores children. She has had practice on a lead and harness and walks very well. She has a beautiful nature. She can be playful and she can also be very calm and enjoy the quiet. She is 3.5 years old. She is medium size at about 40cms. She weighs around 15kgs.
Emily
A little girl from the Balteni shelter who is now safe with Cosmin on the farm. She is a very sweet girl who likes to play with the other dogs in her pen. She gets along very well with everyone there. She can be shy to start. She has the most beautiful yellow eyes. She is small and about 4 years old. She will need a little practice using a lead but is a clever girl and will soon get the hang of things.
Stella
A small girl who was abandoned outside the shelter of one of our transporters. She is so lovely. She is a crazy loon with plenty of energy. She loves people and is super friendly. She is a busy dog and would suit an energetic family who are around a lot. She is extremely loving, but doesn’t like cats. She is with other dogs with no issues. She is around 4 years old.
Abbey
A sweet and gentle girl who we rescued from a killing station. She’s very lovely and a perfect girl. She is very friendly and loving to people once she knows them. She gets on well with other dogs. She is about 8 years old. She has had a little practice on the lead. She would be happy living with older children. She probably wouldn’t want anything too noisy, but would love lots of attention.
Piru
A sweet boy found alone and lost on the street and is now safe in foster care in Romania. He is most likely an abandoned pet. He isn’t very big, a small medium. He is 6-7 years old. He is good with the other dogs and fine with cats. We don’t have enough information to comment about children. He is a very good boy, very lovely and he deserves a quiet home. He would like a human of his own. He’s quite happy in a house.
Felicity
A lovely girl who has had a hard life on the street surviving from the kindness of some and dodging the cruelty of others. Andreea got to hear about her and decided to take her in. She must have had many litters of pups over the years and is mum to Finn, Fredy, Franky and Fiona. She is safe now and a very affectionate and gentle girl. She loves a fuss and being with people. Andreea adores her. She is good with the other dogs and is around cats with no problems. She is a quiet girl and no trouble at the shelter. She is approximately 8 years old. She is a small medium at 37cms high and weighs about 16kgs.
